云南咖啡坚守者：侯家志

侯家志，1990年大学毕业，热带作物栽培专业。1997年8月份加入雀巢公司分别任雀巢咖啡示范农场任经理、农艺部主管及主任至雀巢咖啡中心助理经理职，从事咖啡品种选育、病虫害防治试验及技术援助、培训和质量保证等工作在雀巢工作20多年期间，跟随了5位雀巢外籍专家，是云南咖啡发展的践行者和见证者。

Thomas Hou, who graduated from Southern China College of Tropica Crops in 1990maiored in Cultivation of Tropical Crops He ioined Nestle in Aug.1997, to be manager oNestle E8D Farm,Supervisor or Executive of Technical Assistant respectively within 20years, working on coffee varieties selection and controlling pest &diseases trials, all kindsof Technical Assistant & training to coffee growers. To be assistant of five foreign Nestlecoffee experts in China,and isalso participantand witness of Yunnan Coffeedevelopment.
